Flame Thrower #1: Strategic Analysis
- We conduct interviews with team leaders to understand your current
systems. We then design your selling framework. We are looking for
information such as: - What is your call to action on the radio? How do you use webinars?
- What do you sell in your webinars? How much? What’s your down sell?
- Do you have/need coaches? How is coaching structured?
- What other services can you offer to continue the relationship?
Flame Thrower #2: Front End Tactics
- We suggest software vendors for your webinar rooms, virtual call center and CRM.
- We set up your webinar technology and virtual call center.
- We provide a CRM solution or guide your customization.
- We write the sales scripts we specified in Flame Thrower #1.
- We structure pricing, upsells, and fee based contracts.
- We set up your marketing conveyor belts for each client type.
- As a result of this work, we build a schematic of your internal systems.
Flame Thrower #3: Webinars
- We write the webinar for you, create the slides and can even present your first webinars.
- We train your presenters, get you completely up to speed so you can run your own presenter team.
- We structure the training programs, set up new interview processes and teach you to hire new staff.
- Your webinar strategy is completely defined and can now be implemented.
Flame Thrower #4: Coaching
- When sales are made in your webinar, we recommend a coach be assigned for two obvious reasons:
- It insures the product stays sold!
- It provides an upsell and cross sell opportunity all throughout the organization.
- We will help you hire your first coaches, build policies and procedures, write their scripts and train the manager.
- Coaching reduces returns and improves client satisfaction, we put all those measurement tools in place.
- When coaching programs are sold, we provide a tracking system to see
where clients are in their study BEFORE they meet with their coach.
Flame Thrower #5: Affiliates
- We help you create introductory products and a “package” for high commissions.
- We work with your marketing department to create the web a series of banners, skyscrapers and squeeze pages with video.
- We help you get set up with affiliate partners.
- We show you how to monetize new offers and upsells.
- We develop your plan to up-convert to full product line clients.
- The goal of using affiliates is to bring you more prospects into the top of the sales funnel.
Flame Thrower #6: Training Systems
- We take all your sales scripts, presentations, surveys, email
response letters and anything else you need to deploy a new sales person
and build a knowledge base system for training. - We set this up to rapidly train new staff and get them oriented FAST.
- We build-in interactive testing to rate their scores and build history on staff.
- We then place a dashboard in management’s hands to see progress real-time for all training activities.
Flame Thrower #7: Staff Acquisition
- Our Staff Acquisition System insures top level people. And there’s a
HUGE supply of highly talented people available NOW, due to the high
unemployment rate. - My background is founding the recruiting division for BBI.
- We have some exciting ideas about incentive compensation which we
will share with senior management and propose a pay structure based on

Launch
